After earning a Bachelor of Business degree in South Africa, Kevin began working for a construction company before moving on to start a real estate agency with some associates. Kevin and his wife often travelled to Sydney, drawn to the sunshine, warm and friendly people and vast potential of the city's real estate market. By the time he decided to call Sydney his home in 2008 they had grown their real estate business to include 8 suburban offices.
Since moving to Sydney, he has worked locally across all areas of the residential property industry, fostering long term relationships with sellers, buyers, investors and developers, looking after his clients with unflinching dedication. Most recently Kevin worked with a luxury UK real estate brand, until opting to bring his sales business under the well-established Ray White Elizabeth Bay office.
Kevin holds a number of records including the highest prices achieved for two of the four penthouses sold in Aqua Bondi Junction as well as the highest price ever achieved for a 1 bed waterfront unit in Kirribilli ($2.05 million). Other notable sales he has worked on include The Sapphire Bondi Junction, OneA Erskineville and 637-639 Old South Head Rd Rose Bay where Kevin was a co-developer.
