As the daughter of Michael Cleary (AO) - one of only four Australians to have represented Australia in three different sports: rugby league, rugby union and athletics - her incredible drive was fostered in her younger years, winning championships in state-level athletics and netball, and her natural ability to lead and encourage then landed her to becoming an International Master Trainer and one of Australia’s most recognised, and awarded, fitness presenters. 

A world traveller, she has lived and worked overseas for periods, including in Milan, Monaco, the UK, and Southeast Asia - yet says there is no place like home.
