Shannon Cleary

Sales Associate to Kevin Fine

shannon.cleary@raywhite.com

Shannon Cleary is the newest member of the Ray White team but brings a lifetime of experience to her role. Having spent her first career improving the health and fitness of her clients, she’s now transitioned to helping people live their best lives possible in their ideal choice of home.

An enthusiastic, energetic, people-focused personality, she loves to understand both the aspirations of her vendors in seeking to maximise the value of their properties and the hopes and dreams of homebuyers.

Where once she invested all her energy in persuading others to physically move more for the sake of their well-being, now she’s supporting people in their decisions to move properties, with advice, information and intimate knowledge of the eastern suburbs.

Born in Darlinghurst and living in the Darlinghurst/Potts Point/Elizabeth Bay area for the last 16 years, Shannon knows the neighbourhood like the back of her hand and has resided in some of the best apartment blocks it has to offer. She combines that knowledge with determination to do the best for every client – the same kind of inner drive that has seen her excel in every field she has played a part in.

A gifted athlete and State track and field and netball champion – her father Michael is one of only four Australians to have represented Australia in three different sports: rugby league, rugby union and athletics – Shannon is one of the country’s most acclaimed fitness presenters, Master Trainers and media health experts.

In that role, she has lived and worked overseas for periods, including in Milan, Monaco, Brighton in the UK, Hong Kong, China and Taiwan.

Real estate has always been a huge passion throughout, and she’s studied property design, trends, prices and markets in every country and region she’s lived in.

Now, as a local in the area with a huge network of friends, business colleagues and clients, and making it her priority to be always up to date with current market prices and rents for investors, Shannon is committed to her community.

During the terrible 2019/20 bushfires, she single-handedly raised over $41,000 in just seven days for the charity WIRES Wildlife Rescue.

Shannon is known for always going the extra mile for anyone who needs help or advice, as well as being an exceptional communicator and skilled negotiator. She’s loving her new property career and sees it as a further chance to support people through some of the biggest decisions of their lives.
